RTN Protein Cookies


RTN protein cookies
Flour less! Sugarless! Butterless!

Ingredients:
2tbs of peanut butter
2 ripe bananas
2tsp cinnamon
3 egg whites
1/4c of vanilla RTN bionic edge whey
1 1/2cups of steel cut oats
1c of unsweetened oatmeal
1/4c unsweetened chocolate chips

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mash up bananas, add apple sauce and egg whites, mix well
3. Add protein and chocolate chips
4. Spoon onto sprayed baking sheet
5. Bake for 12-18 min
