WHO - This program is for healthy, active people between the ages of 18-55 who want to achieve a balanced physique consisting of strength, mass, definition, endurance, and flexibility. They have a busy schedule and strive for maximum results using all natural methods.
WHAT - This is a 3 out of 7 day weight training program (preferably every other day) example: Power-Monday, Mass-Wednesday, Endurance-Friday and cardio vascular training in between: Treadmill, Elliptical, Bike, etc, 20-30 minutes 70-85% Maximum Heart Rate.
WHEN - This program should be performed every other day with weights or on the hardest day of the program taking 2 days off in between. For example, if the power workout is the hardest, meaning you are sore the longest following training, take 2 days off. The schedule will look like this: Monday-Power, Tuesday-Cardio, Wednesday-Cardio, Thursday-Mass, Friday-cardio, and Saturday-Definition/Endurance.
WHERE - This workout can be performed in a gym or at home with the right equipment needed for proper intensity.
